กระผม/ดิฉัน ในนามของคณะดำเนินงาน English is fun camp รู้สึกเป็นเกียรติและขอขอบพระคุณเป็นอย่างสูงที่ กรุณาให้เกียรติรับเชิญมาเป็นประธานในพิธีปิดโครงการในวันนี้
โครงการ English is fun camp เป็นโครงการซึ่งโรงเรียนบ้านเทอดไทยและคณะนักศึกษาสาขาภาษาอังกฤษจาก มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ดได้จัดขึ้น ซึ่งการจัดโครงการฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มความรู้และประสบการณ์ทางภาษาแก่นักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านเทอดไทย
โครงการนี้จัดให้มีขึ้น ระหว่างวันที่ 19-20 กรกฎาคม 2557 ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการในครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย นักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านเทิดไทยจำนวน................................คน รูปแบบในจัดกิจกรรมประกอบด้วย กิจกรรมการเข้าฐานเพื่อฝึกฝนการพูด และกิจกรรมนันทนาการ

จากผลการดำเนินงานตลอดระยะเวลา 2 วัน ที่ผ่านมา คณะดำเนินงานได้ประเมินการดำเนินโครงการในเบื้องต้น พบว่าบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายที่ได้วางไว้ทุกประการ และในการดำเนินการฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ มีนักเรียนที่สามารถผ่านเกณฑ์การฝึกอบรมและสมควรได้รับใบประกาศนียบัตรจำนวนทั้งสิ้น.....................คน
ในโอกาสนี้ กระผม/ดิฉัน จึงใคร่ขอเรียนเชิญท่าน....................ได้กระทำพิธีมอบใบประกาศนียบัตรแก่นักเรียนผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรม และกล่าวให้โอวาทแก่นักเรียน ตลอดจนกล่าว ปิด โครงการ English is fun camp ในลำดับต่อไป
