บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระบบบัญชีสำหรับธุรกิจการบริการ และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาระบบบัญชีของกิจการบริการร้านเฉลิมการพิมพ์และเพื่อให้เป็นข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้บริหาร ที่จะให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงาน โดยใช้แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับระบบบัญชีของ วิไล วีระปรีย, จงจิต หลีกภัย และประจิต หาวัตร,2549 เกี่ยวกับความหมายของระบัญชีและลักษณะที่สำคัญและส่วนประกอบของระบบบัญชีและการเงิน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถามผู้บริหาร 1 คน และพนักงานทั่วไป 1 คน และนำมาประมวลผล สรุปเป็นผลการศึกษา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้บริหารมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจด้านการบริหาร 4 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านภารกิจ ด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการใช้ทรัพยากร และด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการดำเนินงาน เช่น ระดับความสำคัญของการควบคุมภายในด้านต่างๆ
ส่วนพนักงาน มีความรู้เรื่องการดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นระบบ เช่น รู้และเข้าใจหน้าที่ของตนเองด้านการบริหารพัสดุ และด้านระบบสารสนเทศ
ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับร้านเฉลิมการพิมพ์ ด้านการบริหาร การกระจายอำนาจในการบริหารงานให้มากขึ้น ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการควบคุม ควรจัดให้มีการอบรมให้แก่พนักงานด้านการควบคุม ควรมีการตรวจทานหรือตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชี ของสำนักงานบัญชีเป็นครั้งคราว และถ้าเป็นไปได้ควรมีพนักงานบัญชีในกิจการด้วย
