การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานเชิงนวัตกรรมของพนักงานธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สังกัดสำนักงานจังหวัดราชบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ส่งผลต่อความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของความคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานเชิงนวัตกรรม 4) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานเชิงนวัตกรรม 5) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะความเป็นตัวแปรกลางของความคิดสร้างสรรค์ระหว่างการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานเชิงนวัตกรรม
