นายยอด ปอง คนไร้สัญชาติ เกิดเมื่อปี

นายยอด ปอง คนไร้สัญชาติ เกิดเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2531 โรงพยาบาลที่เชียงตุง ประเทศพม่า ไม่ทราบชื่อโรงพยาบาลแน่ชัด เพราะเขียนเป็นภาษาพม่า โดยมีแพทย์หญิงเป็นผู้ทำคลอดให้ โดยนายลี ปอง ซึ่งเป็นนายแม่ของยอดทราบชื่อนายหมอและยังมีการติดต่อกับนายหมอท่านนี้อยู่ ยอดมีหลักฐานแสดงการเกิด โดยยอดได้อธิบายว่า ผู้นำหมู่บ้านในเผ่าปะหล่องมีการจดบันทึกรายละเอียดว่า มีใครในเผ่าเกิดที่ไหน เมื่อไร ชื่ออะไร แต่เป็นภาษาไทยใหญ่ ซึ่งบันทึกนี้อยู่ที่นายแม่ลีและยอดได้สำเนาเอกสารดังกล่าวมาไว้แล้ว หรืออีกกรณีคือทางโรงพยาบาลมีบันทึกไว้ แต่นายแม่ไม่เคยไปขอ

ปี พ.ศ. 2531-2537 ยอดอาศัยอยู่ที่เชียงตุง มีพี่สาวและพี่ชายรวมทั้งหมด 8 คน แต่มีเพียง 3 คนที่ยอดคุ้นเคยด้วยคือ พี่สาวคนโต (นายน้อย ปอง) พี่สาวคนรอง (นายอาม ปอง) และพี่สาวคนที่แปด (นายเอื้อย นายหลง) ซึ่งในปัจจุบันพี่ของยอดเสียชีวิตแล้ว 6 คน (รวมถึงนายน้อย) หายสาบสูญอีก 1 คน (นายอาม) โดยทางครอบครัวมีบ้านและที่นา (ปัจจุบันได้ขายไปแล้ว) ยอดไม่ได้เข้าเรียนเพราะเป็นช่วงเวลาที่พ่อแม่กำลังจะอพยพมาทำงานที่เมืองไทย โดยการชักชวนของคนรู้จักที่เคยมาทำงานที่สมุทรสาคร ซึ่งนายน้อย และนายอาม ได้เข้ามาทำงานในประเทศไทยก่อนแล้ว

ปี พ.ศ. 2538 ยอดและครอบครัวได้อพยพเข้ามาที่สวนกล้วยไม้ของกำนันสมรักษ์ ชูสังข์ ที่จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยอาศัยอยู่กับพ่อแม่และพี่สาวคือนายเอื้อย โดยนายน้อยซึ่งทำงานอยู่โรงงานใกล้ๆกันได้แวะเวียนมาเยี่ยมบ่อยๆ

ปี พ.ศ. 2539 นายพ่อ (นายเสา ปอง) ป่วยเป็นมะเร็ง กลับไปรักษาตัวที่เชียงตุงและเสียชีวิตในเวลาต่อมา ยอดได้กลับไปที่ประเทศพม่าในปีนี้เพียงครั้งเดียวเพื่อร่วมงานศพของพ่อนับตั้งแต่อพยพมาที่ประเทศไทย

ปี พ.ศ. 2541 ครอบครัวของยอดได้ย้ายไปทำงานที่โรงงานพลาสติกรุ่งเรืองถาวร โดยเจ้าของกิจการคือเจ๊เรือง ได้พายอดไปสมัครเรียนชั้น ป.1 ที่โรงเรียนวัดท่าเสา โดยยอดไม่มีเลขประจำตัวนักเรียน

ปี พ.ศ. 2542 นายน้อยเสียชีวิต นายแม่ลีเดินทางกลับเชียงตุง ยอดอยู่กับนายเอื้อยที่โรงงานพลาสติกอีกแห่งซึ่งเจ้าของกิจการคือเจ๊ติ๊ก เป็นคนรู้จักกับเจ๊เรือง จากนั้นนายเอื้อย อยากให้ยอดออกจากโรงเรียน ยอดจึงหนีไปอยู่กับครูวารี โพธิ์สวัสดิ์เป็นเวลา 1 เทอม จนกระทั่งนายแม่ลีกลับมาประเทศไทยจึงกลับมาอยู่ที่โรงงานตามเดิมและอยู่จนกระทั่งเรียนจบป.3

ปี พ.ศ. 2544 อยู่ที่โรงงานกล้วยไม้ที่จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร และปี พ.ศ. 2545 ได้ย้ายไปที่สวนกล้วยไม้ที่บางแค ซึ่งเป็นของกำนันสมรักษ์เช่นกัน และอยู่ที่นั่นจนกระทั่งจนป.6 ที่โรงเรียนวัดราษฎร์บำรุง

ปี พ.ศ. 2547 มีการจดทะเบียนคนต่างด้าว โดยยอดและนายลีผู้เป็นแม่ได้จดทะเบียนและได้รับบัตรสีชมพู โดยตอนแรกนายรุ่งโรจน์ ชูสังข์ (ลูกชายของกำนันสมรักษ์ ชูสังข์) ซึ่งดูแลสวนกล้วยไม้ที่บางแคเป็นผู้ที่ช่วยจัดการเรื่องการขึ้นทะเบียน จึงทำให้ ยอด ปอง มีเอกสารพิสูจน์ตัวบุคคล คือ แบบรับรองรายการทะเบียนประวัติของคนต่างด้าวที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ในราชอาณาจักรเป็นกรณีพิเศษ (ท.ร. 38/1) เลขประจำตัว 00-1040-103100-4 และ นายแม่ลี ปอง ก็มีเอกสารในลักษณะเดียวกัน แต่มีเลขประจำตัว คือ 00-1040-103164-1 โดยใช้ที่อยู่ของสวนกล้วยไม้ที่บางแคเป็นที่อยู่ขณะจัดทำทะเบียน

ในปี พ.ศ. 2548 ได้มีการย้ายที่อยู่ทะเบียนประวัติไปเป็นที่อยู่ของโรงงานพลาสติกรุ่งเรืองถาวร เนื่องจากในปีเดียวกันนี้ ครอบครัวของยอดก็ได้ย้ายกลับมาทำงานที่โรงงานพลาสติกอีกครั้ง และยอดได้เข้าเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาที่โรงเรียนนวลนรดิศวิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก

ปี พ.ศ. 2549 ครอบครัวได้ย้ายกลับมาทำงานที่สวนกล้วยไม้ที่จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร จนกระทั่งยอดเรียนจบม.4

ปี พ.ศ. 2552 นายเอื้อยและสามี (นายใส นายหลง) ย้ายไปอยู่จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยนายแม่ลีไปอยู่ด้วย ยอดจึงอาศัยอยู่กับนางณปภา เกียรติการค้า หรือป้ายอด ซึ่งขายอาหารในโรงเรียนนวลนรดิศ

ปี พ.ศ. 2553 ยอดได้ย้ายไปอยู่กับเพื่อนสนิทคือ นายขัตติยะ แพงคำแหง
