การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนวัดศรีอุปราราม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 20 คน โดยประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบการประเมิน ของเคริกแพตทริค (Kirk Patrick) โดยผู้ศึกษามีขั้นตอนและวิธีการดำเนินการศึกษา ดังนี้
1. กลุ่มเป้าหมายและการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
