8.3 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดการประกันภัย

8.3 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดการประกันภัยกับบริษัทประกันภัยที่ผู้ว่าจ้างเห็นซอบ เพื่อความรับผิดต่อบุคคลภายนอกและเพื่อความสูญหายหรือเสียหายในทรัพย์สินซึ่งผู้ว่าจ้างเป็นผู้จัดหาให้ หรือสั่งซื้อโดยทุนทรัพย์ของผู้ว่าจ้าง เพื่อให้ผู้รับจ้างไว้ใช่ในการปฏิบัติงานตามสัญญานี้ โดยผู้รับจ้างเป็นผู้ออกคำใช้จ่ยในการประกันภัยเอง ทั้งนี้ เว้นแต่จะมีการตกลงกันไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นในสัญญานี้
