วิธีการส่งแฟกซ์

กรณี ไม่เชื่อมต่อเครื่องโทรศัพท์เข้ากับเครื่องพิมพ์

1. กดปุ่ม mode ให้เป็นหัวข้อแฟกซ์

2. วางกระดาษ ด้านบนช่อง ADF (โดยหงายด้านที่มีข้อความขึ้น)

3. กดหมายเลขแฟกซ์ปลายทาง บนเครื่องพิมพ์หากใช้กับตู้สาขาหรือใช้ในองค์กร (ตรวจสอบหมายเลขกรณีโทรออก ต้องตัด 9 ก่อนหรือไม่)

4. กดปุ่ม B/W หรือปุ่ม Color เครื่องจะเริ่มทำการสแกนเอกสารและส่งแฟกส์ เมื่อขึ้นข้อความ Complete การส่ง Fax เสร็จสมบูรณ์



กรณีเชื่อมต่อเครื่องโทรศัพท์เข้ากับเครื่องพิมพ์

1. ยกหูโทรศัพท์ จากนั้นกดหมายเลขแฟกซ์ปลายทางจากเครื่องโทรศัพท์ และกด 1 บนเครื่องพิมพ์เพื่อส่ง กด ปุ่ม B/W หรือปุ่ม Color ( บนเครื่องพิมพ์ )จากนั้นวางสายโทรศัพท์

หลังจากกดปุ่ม B&W หรือปุ่ม Color หน้าเครื่องพิมพ์จะขึ้นขั้นตอนตามลำดับ ดังนี้

1. Dialing
2. Connecting
3. Sending (ขั้นตอนที่ 1-3 จะโชว์หมายเลขปลายทางที่กำลังส่งแฟกซ์ )
4. Document Text 1
5. Complete
6. กลับสู่หน้า panel stand by Fax.

การส่งแฟกส์ เสร็จสมบูรณ์

2. หรือสามารถกดหมายเลขแฟกซ์ปลายทางบนเครื่องพิมพ์เช่นเดียวกับไม่เชื่อมต่อเครื่องโทรศัพท์เข้ากับเครื่องพรินเตอร์ตามหัวข้อด้านบน

หากติดปัญหาในการส่งแฟกซ์

ให้ตรวจสอบการเชื่อมต่อของสาย (สายหมายเลขโทรศัพท์จะต้องเสียบที่ ช่อง LINE/ สายจากเครื่องโทรศัพ์จะเสียบที่ช่อง EXT.)

หากปลายทางสายไม่ว่าง หลังจากกดหมายเลขปลายทาง จะขึ้นข้อความตามลำดับ 1. Dialing 2. Line Busy Redial after 60s จากนั้นเครื่องจะทำการส่งเองอัตโนมัติ หรือต้องการยกเลิก ให้กดปุ่ม Stop/Clear
หากเสียบสายผิด หลังจากกด หมายเลข จะขึ้นข้อความตามลำดับ 1. Dialing 2. No dial Tone redail after 60s


หากกดเบอร์ผิด

กดปุ่ม Stop/Cancel จะขึ้นหน้าต่าง Restore the setting in the mode ให้กด 1 หรือ กดปุ่ม Backspace (ใต้ปุ่ม auto Answer) เพื่อลบหมายเลข



วิธีการรับแฟกซ์ ทำได้ 2 วิธี คือ

1. ตั้ง Auto Answer :

ให้ตั้งการรับแฟกซ์ อัตโนมัติ โดยกดปุ่ม Auto answer จากตัวเครื่องให้มีไฟสีเขียวติดค้าง

หากต่อเครื่องโทรศัพท์บ้านแล้วตั้ง Auto Answer ไว้เมื่อมีสัญญาณโทรศัพท์เข้ามา หากยกหูโทรศัพท์ จะขึ้นข้อความที่หน้าจอ ให้กด 2 เพื่อรับ เครื่องจะทำการรับแฟกส์ให้อัตโนมัติ หรือกดปุ่ม B&W หรือปุ่ม Color เพื่อรับแฟกซ์

หากไม่ได้เชื่อมต่อเครื่องโทรศัพท์ เมื่อมีสัญญาณโทรศัพท์เข้ามา ตัวเครื่องจะมีเสียงสัญญาณดังขึ้น จากนั้นตัวเครื่องจะรับข้อมูลและพิมพ์ให้อัตโนมัติ



2. ไม่ตั้ง Auto Answer :

ต้องเชื่อมต่อเครื่องโทรศัพท์ไว้กับเครื่องพิมพ์เสมอ เมื่อมีสัญญาณแฟกส์เข้ามาให้ยกหูเพื่อรับโทรศัพท์ จะขึ้นข้อความที่หน้าจอ ให้กด 2 เพื่อรับ จากนั้นให้กดปุ่ม B&W หรือปุ่ม Color เพื่อรับข้อมูล ตัวเครื่องจะทำาการพิมพ์ข้อมูลที่ส่งมา

หากไม่เชื่อมต่อเครื่องโทรศัพท์ กรณีมีสัญญาณส่งแฟกส์เข้ามา ตัวเครื่องจะมีเสียงสัญญาณ ให้ทำการรับโดยกดปุ่ม B/W หรือปุ่ม Color หากไม่กด จะไม่สามารถรับแฟกส์ได้ และไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลไว้ในเครื่อง
