การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเลือกทำเลทำธุรกิจด้านขายเสื้อผ้า จาก 3 ทำเลคือ ยูเนี่ยนมอลล์ เมเจอร์รัชโยธิน และสวนจตุจักร โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์กระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Hierarchy Process : AHP) และกระบวนการโครงข่ายเชิงวิเคราะห์(Analytical Netwok Process : ANP) โดยมีเกณฑ์หลักในการพิจารณาเลือกทำเล 3 เกณฑ์หลัก คือ 1) ความน่าสนใจของสถานที่ 2) กลุ่มลูกค้า 3) คุณสมบัติของทำเล ผลการศึกษาพบว่าจากการใช้วิธี AHP เลือกทางเลือกยูเนี่ยนมอลล์ เพราะรวมถ่วงน้ำหนักมากที่สุด เป็น 0.651 เช่นเดียวกับผลจากการใช้วิธี AHP จะเลือกทางเลือกยูเนี่ยนมอลล์ เพราะมีค่าถ่วงน้ำหนักมากที่สุด เป็น 0.121
