ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเปลี่ยนหลอดไฟเดิมชนิดฟลูออเรสเซนต์ 36 วัตต์เป็นหลอดประหยัดพลังงาน โรงงานจะได้รับการสนับสนุนตามผลประหยัดที่ได้ในอัตรา 1 บาทต่อ 1 kWh หลังจากการตรวจสอบและวัดค่าการใช้พลังงานหลังการปรับปรุงแล้ว
