กนอ. ร่วมกับกรมการขนส่งทางบก บูรณาก

กนอ. ร่วมกับกรมการขนส่งทางบก บูรณาการในการทำงานร่วมกัน ให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ประกอบการในนิคมฯ และผู้ประกอบการขนส่ง เพื่อความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน ตลอดจนช่วยลดอุบัติเหตุบนท้องถนน
นายวีรพงศ์ ไชยเพิ่ม ผู้ว่าการการนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (กนอ.) เปิดเผยว่า กนอ. ร่วมกับกรมการขนส่งทางบก ได้จัดสัมมนา “ความปลอดภัยในการขนส่ง...ชีวิตเขา...ชีวิตเรา...ด้วยระบบตู้คอนเทนเนอร์” (Container) จัดขึ้นเพื่อสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจให้กับผู้ประกอบการในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม และผู้ประกอบการขนส่ง ในด้านมาตรการควบคุมรถบรรทุกตู้บรรทุกสินค้า การใช้อุปกรณ์สำหรับยึดตู้บรรทุกสินค้า (Twist Lock) การควบคุมกำกับดูแลผู้ขับรถให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย และการปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการบรรทุกสินค้าตามที่คณะกรรมการควบคุมการขนส่งทางบกกลางกำหนด นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการป้องกันมิให้เกิดความสูญเสียจากการเกิดอุบัติเหตุบนท้องถนน เช่น ตู้บรรทุกสินค้า (Container) ตกจากรถบรรทุกทำให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ชีวิตและทรัพย์สินโดยมีสาเหตุมาจากขาดการดูแลการใช้อุปกรณ์สำหรับยึดตู้บรรทุกสินค้า (Twist Lock) ยึดตรึงตู้บรรทุกสินค้าเข้ากับตัวถังรถให้เรียบร้อยก่อนทำการขนส่ง หรือมีการนำรถกระบะบรรทุกที่ไม่มีอุปกรณ์สำหรับยึดตู้บรรทุกสินค้ามาใช้ทำการขนส่งตู้บรรทุกสินค้า เป็นต้น
