ข้อ ๕ ผู้ประกอบกิจการโรงงานต้องจัดให้มีการตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้าในโรงงานและรับรองความปลอดภัยของระบบไฟฟ้าในโรงงานเป็นประจำทุกปีโดยวิศวกรหรือบุคคลอื่นที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนดโดยประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา โดยการตรวจสอบและรับรองดังกล่าวต้องจัดให้มีเอกสารเป็นหลักฐาน
