ณ วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2555 เงินให้กู้ยืมระยะยาวแก่บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกันคงเหลือจำนวน 6.69 ล้านบาท ประกอบด้วย เงินให้กู้ยืมระยะยาวแก่พนักงานจำนวน 0.04 ล้านบาท ไม่มีการทำสัญญากู้ยืมเงินและไม่มีการคิดดอกเบี้ย มีกำหนดชำระคืนเงินต้นเป็นรายเดือนเดือนละ 1,000 บาทโดยหักจากเงินเดือนพนักงานประจำแต่ละเดือนจนกว่าจะครบจำนวน และเงินให้กู้ยืมระยะยาวแก่กรรมการจำนวน 6.65 ล้านบาท โดยเงินต้นจำนวน 1.65 ล้านบาท เกิดขึ้นก่อนปี 2555 ไม่มีการทำสัญญากู้ยืมเงินแต่มีการตกลงกันระหว่างกรรมการกับบริษัทว่ามีดอกเบี้ยในอัตราร้อยละ 3 ต่อปี และกำหนดชำระคืนเมื่อทวงถาม ส่วนเงินต้นจำนวน 5 ล้านบาทเกิดขึ้นในเดือน สิงหาคม 2555 มีการทำตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงินเป็นหลักฐานโดยคิดดอกเบี้ยในอัตราร้อยละ 2.50 ต่อปี และกำหนดชำระคืนเมื่อทวงถาม
