ข้อ 2. ผู้ว่าจ้างตกลงชำระค่าจ้างให้แก่ผู้รับจ้าง โดยตกลงชำระค่าจ้างให้เป็นงวด ๆ โดยจ่ายตามผลสำเร็จของงาน ซึ่งมีรายละเอียดการชำระค่าจ้างดังนี้(ราคาไม่รวมVat 7%)

ข้อ.4 ผู้ว่าจ้างมีสิทธิที่จะทำการแก้ไข หรือเพิ่มเติม หรือลดงานจากแบบและรายละเอียดในสัญญาได้ทุกอย่าง โดยไม่ต้องบอกเลิกสัญญา ทั้งนี้ การแก้ไขงานหรือเพิ่มเติมงาน หรือลดงานดังกล่าวถ้าหากผู้รับจ้างพิจารณาแล้วว่าจะต้องมีการเพิ่มหรือลดเงินค่าจ้าง หรือต้องมีการขยายระยะเวลาในการปฎิบัติงานออกไปอีก คู่สัญญาจะตกลงกัน เพื่อให้มีการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลงต่างๆ ระหว่างคู่สัญญาเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรและมีการลงลายมือชื่อโดยคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายเป็นสำคัญ

ข้อ.6 ผู้รับจ้างตกลงใช้วัสดุเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ที่ผู้รับจ้างเป็นผู้จัดหา ตามขนาด คุณภาพ และช่างฝีมือดี จนแล้วเสร็จ และรับประกันคุณภาพของงานและระบบการติดตั้ง รวมทั้งทุกชิ้นส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องภายใต้สัญญานี้ เป็นระยะเวลา 12 (สิบสอง) เดือน นับแต่วันที่ผู้ว่าจ้างได้รับมอบงาน หากภายในระยะเวลารับประกันผู้ว่าจ้างพบว่ามีจุดใดที่เกิดความชำรุดบกพร่อง หรือใช้งานไม่ได้ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน ซึ่งพิสูจน์ได้ว่าเกิดจากความผิด หรือประมาทของผู้รับจ้าง ผู้รับจ้างสัญญาว่าจะดำเนินการแก้ไขซ่อมแซม และ / หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงวัสดุอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่ชำรุดเสียหายให้อยู่ในสภาพเรียบร้อยสามารถใช้งานได้ดีดังเดิม โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ เพิ่มเติม
