มนุษย์มีเรื่องราวของภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเป็นมรดกทางสังคมทุกชนเผ่า แต่ทั้งนี้มนุษย์แต่ละเผ่าก็จะต้องเสาะหาวิธีการที่จะทำอย่างไรให้สิ่งนี้ที่ถูกเรียกว่า เป็นอัตลักษณ์/ตัวตนของตนเองให้ดำรงอยู่ได้โดยไม่ให้ล่มสลายไปกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ไม่หยุดยั้งของสังคมโลก ฉะนั้นการรักษาไว้ซึ่งภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจึงถือว่าเป็น “แก่นแกน” ที่ทุกชนเผ่าทุกสังคมจะต้องให้ความใส่ใจให้ความสำคัญและตระหนัก
ขอขอบคุณมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงอันเป็นที่รักของผู้เขียน ที่ให้โอกาสทางวิชาการเข้าร่วมประชุมนานาชาติและนำเสนอบทความ ที่จัดโดย The Institute of Language Art and Culture, Suan Dusit Rajabhat University ,Bangkok Thailand ระหว่างวันที่ 2-3 กรกฏาคม 2558 ที่ผ่านมา ในการนี้ผู้เขียนได้นำเสนอบทความทางวิชาการเพื่อเป็นสาธารณวิทยา เรื่อง “ Philosophy of Education : The Great River of Learning”(ปรัชญาการศึกษา : มหานทีแห่งการเรียนรู้) ด้วยเหตุว่า ผู้เขียนรับผิดชอบสอนกระบวนวิชาปรัชญาการศึกษา (EDF 6003) ในระดับบัณทิตศึกษาของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ถือว่าเป็นการกระจายพรมแดนข้อความรู้อีกด้วย
