ตามที่ท่านได้มอบหมายให้ข้าพเจ้า นางนงนรา กาญจนอัครเดช ออกแบบและเขียนแบบงานสถาปัตยกรรม ประเภทอาคารบ้านพักอาศัย ขนาด 1 ชั้น พื้นที่ประมาณ 165 ตารางเมตร เป็นอาคารคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ก่ออิฐฉาบปูนทาสีและตกแต่งผนัง จำนวน 1 หลัง ราคาตามงบประมาณในการก่อสร้างคือ 2 ล้านบาทนั้น
บัดนี้ข้าพเจ้าได้ดำเนินการออกแบบและเขียนแบบร่างเบื้องต้นให้ท่านพิจารณาแล้ว ข้าพเจ้าจึงใคร่ขอเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายงวดแรก ซึ่งจะรวมค่าประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้าง และการเขียนแบบจริงเพื่อใช้อ้างอิงในการก่อสร้างและขออนุญาตหน่วยงานราชการ จำนวน 50,000 (ห้าหมื่นบาทถ้วน)
หวังว่าท่านจะพิจารณาอนุมัติค่าใช้จ่ายเบื้องต้นดังกล่าว เพื่อข้าพเจ้าจะได้ดำเนินงานในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป
