การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการขนส่งสินค้าของบริษัท เอ็ม.อี.ไทย โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนากระบวนการการจัดการขนส่งสินค้าเส้นทางที่เหมาะสม กรณีศึกษา บริษัท เอ็ม.อี.ไทย โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด ทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ประกอบการโดยเลือกผู้ประกอบการแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) โดยวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการศึกษาวิธีการจัดเส้นทางการเดินรถด้วยวิธีฮิวริสส์ติกส์ (Heuristic Method)
