การจัดทำโครงงานครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อสร้างสื่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง 12 Tense ในภาษาอังกฤษ. (2) เพื่อศึกษาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้ในการสร้างสื่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน (3) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดทำโครงงานคอมพิวเตอร์
