2. ผู้ซื้อได้สิทธิเวลา 9 ชั่วโมง ของทุกวัน ( 15.00-24.00 น.)
3. ผู้ซื้อร่วมผลิตรายการ 13 ชั่วโมง ของทุกวัน
4. Spot โฆษณา วันละ 220 นาที ชั่วโมงละไม่เกิน 12.30 นาที
สิ่งที่เจ้าของเดิมได้รับ
1. เวลาผลิตรายการ 2 ชั่วโมง ของทุกวัน และอีก 10 นาที เพื่อผลิตรายการข่าวบันเทิง ( ช่วง19.00-21.00 น.) โดยฝัง Spot โฆษณา 2 นาที
2. เจ้าของเดิมได้ Spot โฆษณา ชั่วโมงละ 1 นาที ตั้งแต่เวลา 6.00-24.00 น.รวม 18 นาที/วัน
สิ่งที่ผู้ซื้อต้องรับภาระ
1. ผู้ซื้อรับภาระ L/G ดังนี้
L/G – กสทช 1,184,704,000 บาท
L/G – ค่าโครงข่าย 41,344,800 บาท
( ขอเปลี่ยนหลักประกันและผู้ค้ำประกันเป็นผู้ซื้อใหม่ )
2. ผู้ซื้อรับภาระค่าสิทธิ กสทช งวดที่ 2 189,176,000 บาท (รวมvat 7%)
พร้อมดอกเบี้ย,ค่าปรับ และค่าใบอนุญาตส่วนที่เหลือตามระยะเวลาที่ กสทช กำหนด
3. ค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ เช่น เงินรายปีเข้ากองทุนวิจัยฯ ในอัตราร้อยละ 2 ของรายได้ให้แก่ กสทช , ค่าใช้บริการโครงข่าย(MUX) , ค่าเชื่อมต่อสัญญาณไปไทยคมและไทยพีบีเอส, ค่าดาวเทียมไทยคม (ระบบมัสแครี่ ) เป็นต้น
4. ยอดเงินที่ต้องชำระ 500,000,000 บาท ( ไม่รวม vat )
