จากการรายงานของ Digital Advertising Association (Thailand) ร่วมมือกับ MarketingOops.com จัดทํา Infographic แสดงตัวเลขยอดผู้ใช้บริการโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของไทย ณ ไตรมาสที่ 1 ของปี 2558 พบว่าจำนวนผู้ใช้บริการโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ (Active) ของผู้ให้บริการหลักทั้งสาม ประกอบด้วย AIS , DTAC และ TRUEMOVE รวมทั้งสิ้นอยู่ที่ 91.9 ล้านคน ลดลง 2.4 ล้านคน จากจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 94.3 ล้านคน เนื่องจาก TRUEMOVE ได้มีการปรับลด ข้อมูลผู้ใช้บริการโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ ที่ไม่มีการใช้งาน (Inactive) ทําให้ยอดผู้ใช้บริการลดลงตามไปด้วย จากนโยบายการลงทะเบียนหมายเลขโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ในการใช้บริการ
