 บริษัทเดิมที่คนต่างด้าวทำงานจะต้องเตรียมเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้ มาแจ้งตม.เพื่อดำเนินการยกเลิกวีซ่า

      3. สำเนาบัตรประชาชน หรือสำเนาหนังสือเดินทางของกรรมการผู้มีอำนาจลงชื่อผูกพันบริษัท พร้อมลงชื่อกำกับรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง 
      4. หนังสือเดินทางของคนต่างชาติผู้พ้นหน้าที่ (เจ้าหน้าที่ต้องประทับตราพ้นหน้าที่ในเล่มหนังสือเดินทางดังกล่าวค่ะ)

 ทั้งนี้การแจ้งพ้นหน้าที่(ยกเลิกวีซ่า)จะทำให้การอนุญาตอยู่ต่อในราชอาณาจักรสิ้นสุดลงทันที และจะต้องมาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อแจ้งพ้นหน้าที่ในวันที่เลิกจ้าง (วันสุดท้ายของการทำงาน) ค่ะ
