ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดต่อการละเมิดบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย หรือสิทธิใดๆ ในสิทธิบัตรหรือลิขสิทธิ์ของบุคคลที่สาม ซึ่งผู้รับจ้างนำมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานตามสัญญานี้
