1) พนักงานที่เริ่มงานก่อนวันที่ 1 ก

1) พนักงานที่เริ่มงานก่อนวันที่ 1 กรกฏาคม 2558 จะได้รับเงินจำนวน 6,000 บาท
(2) พนักงานที่เริ่มงานหลังวันที่ 1 กรกฏาคม 2558 จะได้รับเงินตามสัดส่วนตามจำนวนเดือนที่เริ่มงานในครึ่งเทอมหลัง

เงินพิเศษ / จำนวนเดือนในครึ่งเทอมหลัง ( 6 เดือน) X จำนวนเดือนที่เริ่มงานในครึ่งเทอมหลัง
เช่น พนักงานที่เริ่มงานวันที่ 16 สิงหาคม 2558 ( 6,000 / 6 x 4.5 ) 4,500 บาท
