10. จดหมายเหตุผลที่ให้การสนับสนุน การเงินให้ไปเรียน (เนื้อหาให้บอกว่า sponsor เป็นใคร มีความสัมพันธ์อะไร ยังไงกับผู้ยื่นเรื่องขอวีซ่า และปัจจุบัน sponsor ทำอะไร ที่ไหน ตั้งแต่เมื่อไร รายได้ต่อเดือนประมาณเท่าไร ทำไมถึงยินยอมมาเป็น sponsor ให้ (เหตุผล))
