I want clearer lines of communications in regards to if we are short of information.
if it looks like CK cant get orders out due to supplier issues or stock levels they are to inform outlets early so they can make arrangements for back up supply
CK needs to inform both the area as well outlet chefs that there is an issue
CK need to inform ara / outlet chefs a min or 6 hours in advance of any supply shortfalls
CK needs to report directly to me the reason why CK cant meet order commintments to outlets
I expect this to be followed as I wont allow operations to be compromised due to poor communications or not looking at stock levels
I wont accept any further incidents like this going forward
