ในกรณีที่ผู้จะซื้อผิดสัญญาไม่ไปจดทะเบียนรับโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ห้องชุดดังกล่าวตามสัญญาและชำระเงินส่วนที่เหลือก็ให้สัญญานี้เป็นอันเลิกกัน ผู้จะขายมีสิทธิรับเงินที่ได้รับไว้แล้วทั้งหมดได้
