๒) ผู้ประกันตนมาตรา ๓๙
- ตั้งแต่งวดเดือนมกราคม ๒๕๕๗ เป็นต้นไป โดยให้ผู้ประกันตนนำส่งเงินสมทบเดือนละ ๔๓๒ บาท
