วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวทางในการลดอุบัติเหตุจากมอเตอร์ไซค์ประเภท Mopod , Scooter ดำเนินการโดยการศึกษาค้นคว้ากลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/6 – 5/10 โรงเรียนเบ็ญจะมะมหาราช อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 120 คน ที่ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าคือ แบบสอบถามจำนวน 120 ชุด ผลการศึกษาค้นคว้าพบว่ากลุ่มนักเรียนตัวอย่างคิดนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่คิดว่าหมวกกันน็อคมีส่วนช่วยในการลดความรุนแรงจากอุบัติเหตุทางถนนและการเพิ่มมาตรการในการขับขี่มอเตอร์ไซค์เป็นแนวทางที่มีส่วนช่วยในการลดอุบัติเหตุได้
