มื่อหลายปีก่อน ผมได้มีโอกาสเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬานักเรียนนักศึกษา ที่จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยชนิดกีฬาที่ผมได้ลงแข่งขันคือกรีฑา ระยะสั้น 100 เมตร ซึ่งการแข่งขันก็จบลงแบบไม่ดีนัก เพราะมีอาการบาดเจ็บแต่เมื่อเข้าการแข่งขันวันที่สองอาการบาดเจ็บของผมดีขึ้นจึงได้มีโอกาสร่วมทีมกับเพื่อนๆลงแข่งวิ่งผลัด 4*100เมตร ผลการแข่งได้ที่สี่ถึงจะไม่ได้รางวัลมา แต่สิ่งหนึ่งที่ผมประทับใจคือมิตรภาพที่เพื่อนร่วมทีมของผมและจากทีมอื่นที่รู้จักกัน ได้ให้กำลังใจซึ่งกันและกันอย่างเป็นมิตรโดยครั้งนั้นหลังจากการแข่งผมได้รู้จักเพื่อนจากหลายจังหวัด เมื่อถึงวันกลับผมและเพื่อนๆ ในชั้นม.6 ได้จัดงานเลี้ยงฉลองอำลากัน ซึ่งการแข่งขันรายการนั้นคือรายการสุดท้ายในระดับนักเรียน และเป็นรายการสุดท้ายที่ได้แข่งขันร่วมกับเพื่อนๆเมื่อทุกอย่างจบลง เพื่อนทุกคนก็ได้แยกย้ายไปเรียนและไปทำตามความฝันของตนเอง โดยผมหวังว่าวันหนึ่งจะได้พบเจอเพื่อนๆแบบพร้อมหน้าพร้อมตาอีกสักครั้ง
