ข้อ 4. ผู้โอนสิทธิตกลงจะเตรียมดำเนินการและนำผู้รับโอนสิทธิไปทำการจดทะเบียนการเช่าโดยตรงกับผู้ให้เช่าภายในกำหนดระยะเวลา…………….วันนับจากวันที่ทำสัญญาฉบับนี้ โดยผู้โอนสิทธิจะเป็นผู้รับภาระในค่าใช้จ่ายในการเปลี่ยนแปลงสัญญาเช่ากับผู้ให้เช่า รวมถึงค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆที่ต้องชำระกับทางหน่วยงานราชการ
