Thank you very much for the payment term extension from 60 days to 90 days. We really appreciate it. We will apply this effective July 1, 2013.

I have confirmed the below information with the plant and this shares with you the long-term forecast for the materials we source from you.
The numbers you got are not the final numbers since the forecast has not been reflected in the system yet. As per attached long-term forecast, the volume should be flat,except the material AXS ( GCAS#10045950). This is because there is a plan to convert Ammonium surfactant to Sodium surfactant. However, it will not increase the SXS volume since new formula will not use SXS as the ingredient.

However, Ammonium conversion plan has not been finalized yet. But we will let you know of the timing once it’s definite.

As for the below statement, can you please explain what you mean?

“We will revise our construction with higher admin and lower Profit margin in our next offer.”
