บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย วิทยาเขตนครศรีธรรมราช (ไสใหญ่) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในคณะเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัยวิทยาเขตนครศรีธรรมราช (ใสใหญ่)
จำนวน 345 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมารตฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 19 – 20 ปี กำลังศึกษาภาคปกติ 4 ปี สาขาการบัญชี วุฒิการศึกษาเดิมคือ ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) ส่วนใหญ่นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัยวิทยาเขตนครศรีธรรมราช (ใสใหญ่) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ มีความพึงพอใจด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ด้านกิจกรรมในหลักสูตร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสาร อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า อายุ ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการจัดการศึกษาในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ด้านกิจกรรมในหลักสูตรแตกต่างกัน วุฒิการศึกษาจากสถาบันการศึกษาเดิมที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจ ในการจัดการศึกษาในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ด้านกิจกรรมในหลักสูตรแตกต่างกัน สาขาวิชาที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการจัดการศึกษาในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ด้านกิจกรรมในหลักสูตรแตกต่างกัน
