โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้ใช้งานเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่นสื่อการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ โดยสร้างเป็นโมบายแอพพลิเคชั่นเพื่อให้ทั้งผู้สอนและผู้เรียนสามารถเข้าใช้งานได้ผ่านทางสมาร์ทโฟน และเป็นการส่งเสริมให้ผู้สอนและผู้เรียนสื่อสารปฏิสัมพันธ์กันได้ตลอดเวลา ซึ่งประเด็นนี้ถือว่าเป็นจุดสำคัญเพราะเป็นการแก้ไขข้อด้อยของการเรียนที่เวลาเรียนไม่เพียงพอ และเวลาในการทำแบบฝึกหัดในห้องเรียนน้อยเกินไป
