อยากมีร้านอาหารเป็นของตัวเอง
ตอนนี้ผมกำลังศึกษาอยู่ที่มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง ชื่อว่ามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี คณะเทคโนโลยีคหกรรมมศาสตร์ สาขา อาหารและโภชนาการ ชั้นปีที่2 ผมมีความคิดว่าอยากทำงานเป็นเชฟและผมอยากไปทำงานที่ต่างประเทศ ประมาณ3-4 ปีเพื่อเก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์ ให้ตัวเองมีความสามารถและความชำนาญมากเพียงพอ ประเทศที่ผมอยากไปมากที่สุดก็คือ ประเทศ สหรัฐอเมริกา เพราะที่นั้นค่าเงินแพงและผมคิดว่าตัวเองน่าจะหาประสบการณ์และเงินจากประเทศนั้นได้มากเพียงพอที่ผมจะเปิดร้านอาหารของตัวเอง และถ้าผมมีความสามารถหรือความชำนาญเพียงพอว่าจะทำร้านอาหารเป็นของตัวเองได้แล้ว ผมก็จะทำร้านอาหารเป็นของตัวเอง ในร้านของผมนั้นจะเป็นร้าน อาหารไทย และขนมปัง ผมอยากจะเปิดร้านที่จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาเพราะที่นั่นเป็นบ้านเกิดของผมและยังเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอีกด้วย ผมคิดว่าที่นั้นจะทำให้ร้านอาหารของผมขายดีและมีรายได้ให้กับครอบครัวผม ผมอยากจะทำร้านของผมให้มีเอกลักษ์เฉพาะตัวที่ไม่เหมือนใคร เพราะผมคิดว่านี่ก็เป็นอีก1จุดขายที่ผมจะทำได้ ผมคิดว่าอาหารไทยนั้นมีเอกลักษ์เฉพาะตัวทั้งกลิ่น รสชาติ ที่ได้รับนั้นเป็นสิ่งที่คู่กับคนไทยมาอย่างยาวนาน และขนมปัง เป็นอาหารอีก1ชนิดที่ผมเลิกที่จะทำ เพราะตัวผมนั้นชอบทาน ขนมปัง ผมคิดว่าขนมปังนั้นมีสเหน่เพราะกลิ่นเวลาที่อบขนมปังนั้นหอมมาก
