โครงการนี้ได้พัฒนาสื่อการสอนแบบเว็บช่วยสอน ในชื่อ “การพัฒนาบทเรียนวิชาเขียนแบบด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อใช้บนระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ส่วนที่ 2” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดการสอนงานปฏิบัติ เรื่อง การพัฒนาบทเรียนวิชาเขียนแบบด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อใช้บนระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ส่วนที่ 2 โดยมีสมมติฐานว่า ชุดการสอนงานปฏิบัติที่สร้างขึ้นสามารถใช้เรียนบนระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ได้จริงและมีประสิทธิภาพที่สามารถเพิ่มผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษาของนักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครชั้นปีที่ 1 ได้แก่ สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า และ สาขาวิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และโทรคมนาคม ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในปีการศึกษา 2558 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 จำนวน 35 คน โดยใช้ ชุดการสอนงานปฏิบัติ เรื่อง “การพัฒนาบทเรียนวิชาเขียนแบบด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อใช้บนระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ส่วนที่ 2” เป็นเครื่องมือ
ผลการทดลองพบว่า ชุดการสอนงานปฏิบัติที่สร้างขึ้นสามารถใช้เรียนบนระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ได้จริงและประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนวิชาเขียนแบบด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อใช้บนระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ส่วนที่ 2 จากผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจและเปรียบเทียบผลคะแนนจากแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนโดยคิดคะแนนเฉลี่ยแล้ว สามารถเพิ่มผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษาของนักศึกษาได้
