บทคัดย่อ
การจัดทำโครงการนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการกลั่นไนโตรเจนด้วยกระบวนการทำความเย็นแบบยิ่งยวด วิเคราะห์สาเหตุการรั่วของฝาถัง เสนอวิธีการแก้ไข และ ออกแบบฝาถังเพื่อป้องกันการรั่วของฝาถังในกระบวนการผลิตไนโตรเจนเหลว
การดำเนินงานคือ เราทำการศึกษาทฤษฏีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรั่วของฝาถัง จากหนังสือทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ อินเทอร์เน็ต และ ผู้มีประสบการณ์ ทฤษฏีอาทิ
