บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาการปนเปื้อนของสารบอแรกซ์ในอาหารว่าง ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสกลนครทั้งหมด 99 ตัวอย่างจำแนกตามชนิดอาหารว่างคือลูกชิ้นหมูจำนวน 33 ตัวอย่าง ลูกชิ้นไก่จำนวน 33 ตัวอย่าง ผลไม้ดองจำนน 33 ตัวอย่าง ทำการเก็บตัวอย่างในช่วงเดือนกันยายน-ตุลาคมพ.ศ. 2557 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อนในอาหารว่างจำนวน 65 ตัวอย่าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.66 ของจำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งหมดและไม่พบสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อนในอาหารว่างจำนวน 34 ตัวอย่าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 34.34 ของจำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งหมดและจำแนกตามชนิดของอาหารว่างที่พบสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อนมากที่สุดคือลูกชิ้นหมูพบสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อนจำนวน 24 ตัวอย่าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.73 และไม่พบสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อนจำนวน 9 ตัวอย่าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 27.27 ลูกชิ้นไก่ พบสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อน จำนวน 23 ตัวอย่าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 69.70 และไม่พบสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อน จำนวน 10 ตัวอย่าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 30.30 และผลไม้ดองพบสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อน จำนวน 16 ตัวอย่าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 48.48 และไม่พบสารบอแรกซ์ปนเปื้อน จำนวน 17 ตัวอย่าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 51.52 ตามลำดับ
