บาทหลวงประสิทธิ์ ไกรโหล ได้ปรับปรุงห้องวิทยาศาสตร์ ห้องจริยธรรม ห้องปฏิบัติการใช้ภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสาร มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนดนตรีและคณิตคิดเร็ว เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของบุคลากร นักเรียน และผู้ปกครอง

ได้จัดให้มีการเรียนการสอนแบบ Mini English Program ห้องกึ่งนานาชาติซึ่งเปิดสอนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 6 ระดับชั้นละ 1 ห้องเรียน โดยมีครูชาวต่างชาติ 4 คนมาสอนในรายวิชาศิลปะ กลุ่มการงานพื้นฐานอาชีพ วิชาพละ เป็นโรงเรียนต้นแบบของโรงเรียนเครือมหาไถ่ศึกษาสังฆมณฑลอุดรธานี ในการใช้ระบบการเงินการบัญชี มีการจัดทำห้องซ้อมดนตรี ห้องคาราโอเกะ เพื่อให้นักเรียนรู้จักใช้เวลาว่างเป็นประโยชน์ ห้องสมุดติดตั้งอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อเป็นแหล่งค้นคว้าสำหรับนักเรียน และส่งเสริมโครงการรักการอ่าน “วางทุกงาน อ่านทุกคน” และปรับปรุงห้องธุรการ
