— การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้พลศึกษาโดยใช้กีฬายูโดตัวในระดับมัธยมศึกษา เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ พลศึกษาโดยใช้กีฬายูโดในระดับมัธยมศึกษา เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์ ครูผู้สอนวิชายูโดในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่มีการเรียนการสอนวิชายูโด จำนวน 8 คน จาก 7 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือการวิจัยได้รับการตรวจสอบค่าความตรง IOC ที่ระดับ .80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1) การจัดการเรียนรู้พลศึกษาโดยใช้กีฬายูโดในระดับมัธยมศึกษาเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านวัตถุประสงค์และเนื้อหา พบว่ามีการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ไว้สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 และมีเนื้อหาที่เป็นเป็นทักษะยูโดในขั้นพื้นฐาน ด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน พบว่ามีการกำหนดระเบียบและแนวทงปฏิบัติต่างๆไว้อย่างชัดเจน ดำเนินการสอนตามหลักการสอน 5 ขั้นตอนคือ ขั้นนำ ขั้นอธิบายและสาธิต ชั้นฝึกหัด ขั้นนำไปใช้ และขั้นสรุปและประเมินผล พบปัญหาในเรื่องของเวลาในการเรียนการสอนไม่เพียงพอ ด้านสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ พบว่ามีการจัดสถานที่และเบาะไว้ใช้ในการเรียนการสอนวิชายูโดโดยเฉพาะ และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลทางการศึกษา จัดอัตราส่วนคะแนนระหว่างทฤษฎีกับปฏิบัติไว้ที่ ทฤษฎี 20% และปฏิบัติ 80% นักเรียนต้องเข้าเรียนอย่างน้อย 80% เนื้อหาที่ทดสอบมีความสอดคล้องกับเนื้อหาที่เรียน 2) แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้พลศึกษาโดยใช้กีฬายูโดตัวในระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในโรงเรียนที่มีการเรียนการสอน 1 ภาคเรียน สัปดาห์ละ 1 คาบเรียน ควรมีการปรับปรุงให้เรียนเป็น 2 ภาคเรียน หรือ สัปดาหป์ละ 2 คาบเรียน ตามความเหมาะสม
