บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านความรู้ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านความรู้ และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคหอบหืดที่มารับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลทับคล้อ จังหวัดพิจิตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือกลุ่มผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นโรคหอบหืดมาแล้ว 1 ปีขึ้นไป มีอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไปที่มารับบริการรักษาโรคหอบหืดที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก จำนวน 133 คน การเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งประกอบด้วยข้อมูล 4 ส่วน คือ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคหอบหืด พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชียวชาญ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือโดยวิธี KR-20 กับแบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคหอบหืด มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.7 และ Aalpha Cronbach กับแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.84 และ 0.76 ตามลำดับ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ – เมษายน 2559 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติ Chi – square test ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 57.9 ส่วนใหญ่มีอายุ 40-49 ปี ร้อยละ 33.1 มีระดับการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่จบมัธยมศึกษาหรือปวช. ร้อยละ 33.8 มีอาชีพเกษตรกรเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ถึงร้อยละ 26.3 มีรายได้อยู่ระหว่าง 5,000 – 10,000 บาทต่อเดือน แหล่งข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับโรคหอบ ส่วนมากจะได้จากเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลหรือสถานีอนามัย ร้อยละ 43.1 ผู้ป่วยส่วนมากมีความรู้อยู่ในระดับสูง ปานกลาง และต่ำ ร้อยละ 63.9 35.3 และ 0.8 ตามลำดับ ส่วนระดับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดี ปานกลาง และไม่ดี ร้อยละ 5.3 90.2 และ 4.5 ตามลำดับ และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับสูง ปานกลาง และต่ำ ร้อยละ 6.0 84.2 และ 9.8 ตามลำดับ จากการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ พบว่าปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคหอบหืด คือ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ (P-value = 0.03) และปัจจัยด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคหอบหืด (p–value
