เรียน นักวิจัยที่เสนอขอทุนแลกเปลี่ยนนักวิจัย ประจำปี 2559 (FY2016)

ตามที่ท่านได้จัดส่ง visit proposal เพื่อเสนอขอรับทุนแลกเปลี่ยนนักวิจัย ประจำปี 2559 (FY2016) เพื่อเดินทางไปร่วมทำวิจัย ณ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น นั้น

โครงการฯ ใคร่ขอแจ้งผลการพิจารณาทุนแลกเปลี่ยนนักวิจัย ประจำปี 2559 (FY2016) ท่านได้รับอนุมัติให้เดินทางไปทำวิจัยร่วมกับนักวิจัยญี่ปุ่นตามที่เสนอขอ โดยมีเงื่อนไขว่าทุกท่านจะต้องมีกำหนดการเดินทางประมาณ 30 วัน ดังนั้นจึงขอให้นักวิจัยติดต่อไปยัง Host เพื่อหารือแผนการดำเนินงาน และดำเนินการแจ้งข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ให้โครงการฯ ทราบ ดังนี้

1) กำหนดช่วงเวลาเดินทางที่แน่นอนและต้องไม่เกินวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2560 โดยช่วงเวลาเดินทางจะต้องไม่ครอบคลุมช่วงการจัดประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ ครั้งที่ 2 ของโครงการฯ ซึ่งทุกท่านจะต้องเข้าร่วมนำเสนอผลงาน (14-15 พฤศจิกายน 2559)

2) ระบุหมายเลข ROP ของการบินไทย (หากมี)

3) แนบสำเนา passport

4) จัดทำ Visit Proposal ฉบับใหม่ที่ระบุช่วงเวลาเดินทางที่แน่นอน

5) แนบ Invitation Letter จาก host

จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดดำเนินการโดยด่วน และแจ้งตอบกลับโครงการฯ อย่างช้าที่สุด ภายในวันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2559
