โครงการพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชน ตามพระราชด าริ สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี
ในโรงเรียนต ารวจตระเวนชายแดน ได้ด าเนินการต่อเนื่องมาเป็นเวลากว่า 30 ปี มุ่งหวังให้เด็กและเยาวชนที่เป็น
ทรัพยากรส าคัญของประเทศชาติ เป็นผู้มีโภชนาการดี สุขภาพแข็งแรง รู้จักใฝ่เรียนรู้ มีความซื่อสัตย์ ประหยัด
และอดทน มีความรู้และทักษะทางวิชาการและการอาชีพที่เป็นพื้นฐานในการด ารงชีวิต มีความรักและหวงแหน
ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ภาคภูมิใจในวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นและความเป็นไทย และมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชนของตน
และประเทศชาติ ด าเนินกิจกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับสภาพปัญหาของแต่ละพื้นที่ และเป็นการพัฒนาพร้อมกันทุกๆ
