งานวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาคู่มือฝึกอบรมทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมอาเซียน : ราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 และหาดัชนีประสิทธิผลของคู่มือฝึกอบรม เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความรู้ ทัศนคติ และเพื่อศึกษาทักษะในการเป็นวิทยากรฝึกอบรม และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะในการเป็นวิทยากรฝึกอบรม ของนิสิตกลุ่มทดลองและนิสิตกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นิสิตปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 สาขาวิชาสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา คณะสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคามภาคปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 60 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยวิธีการจับฉลากแล้วแบ่งเป็นนิสิตกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 30 คน ที่ใช้คู่มือในการฝึกอบรม และเป็นนิสิตกลุ่มควบคุมจำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ คู่มือฝึกอบรม แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบวัดทัศนคติ และแบบวัดทักษะในการเป็นวิทยากรฝึกอบรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้ t-test, F-test (One–Way MANOVA) และ Univariate Test
