มาตรา ๒๖ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการผังเมือง พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๘ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดย
พระราชบัญญัติการผังเมือง (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ อันเป็นกฎหมายที่มีบทบัญญัติบางประการ
เกี่ยวกับการจำกัดสิทธิและเสรีภาพของบุคคล ซึ่งมาตรา ๒๙ ประกอบกับมาตรา ๓๓ มาตรา ๓๔
มาตรา ๔๑ มาตรา ๔๒ และมาตรา ๔๓ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย บัญญัติให้กระทำได้
โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยออกกฎกระทรวงไว้
ดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ ๑ กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับได้มีกำหนดห้าปี
ข้อ ๒ ให้ใช้บังคับผังเมืองรวม ในท้องที่จังหวัดนครปฐม ภายในแนวเขตตามแผนที่ท้าย
