การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์
1. เพื่อศึกษาบรรยากาศองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรางวัลโรงเรียนพระราชทานของโรงเรียนฝางชนูปถัมย์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบบรรยากาศองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรางวัลโรงเรียนพระราชทานของโรงเรียนฝางชนูปถัมย์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ที่มีระดับการศึกษาและอาชีพต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นบรรยากาศองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรางวัลโรงเรียนพระราชทานของโรงเรียนฝางชนูปถัมย์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ที่มีบุตรหลานกำลังศึกษา ในปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 98 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของบรรยากาศองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรางวัลโรงเรียนพระราชทานของโรงเรียนฝางชนูปถัมย์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ (f) ร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน (S.D.) และใช้สถิติค่า t-test เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของบรรยากาศองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรางวัลโรงเรียนพระราชทานของโรงเรียนฝางชนูปถัมย์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. บรรยากาศองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรางวัลโรงเรียนพระราชทานของโรงเรียนฝางชนูปถัมย์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีความคาดหวังต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. บรรยากาศองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรางวัลโรงเรียนพระราชทานของโรงเรียนฝางชนูปถัมย์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำแนกระดับการศึกษาและรายได้ไม่แตกต่าง
