การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมและความคิดเห็นต่อการเลือกใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือระบบปฏิบัติการ IOS กับ Android ของผู้บริโภคในอำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรีโดยทำการศึกษาการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการเลือกใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือระบบปฏิบัติการ IOS กับ Android และข้อมูลทางปัจจัยทางส่วนประสมการตลาดในมุมมองของผู้บริโภค ได้แก่ ด้านความต้องการของผู้บริโภค ด้านต้นทุนของผู้บริโภค ด้านความสะดวกในการซื้อ ด้านการสื่อสาร ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการเลือกใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ผู้ที่อยู่อาศัยในอำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในสำหรับการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS โดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนสถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การทดสอบค่า t-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์
