• Planning for how many van we use is depend on a number of guests attend a party :
• Guest 0 – 500 pax / 1 Shuttle Van.
• Guest 500 – 700 pax / 2 Shuttle Van.
• Guest 700 – 1000 pax / 3 Shuttle Van.
• A Shuttle Van will run in route : Gems Tower – the hotel. , Assumption School – the hotel.
• Parking Space cost : Gems Tower 30 baht per hour. , Assumption School 2,000 baht per shift( 18.30 – 23.00 hrs.)., Assumption Church 2,000 baht per shift(18.30 – 23.00 hrs) and OP Place 1,500 baht per shift ( 18.30 -23.00 hrs.) and OP Garden 1,500 baht per shift ( 18.30 – 23.00 hrs. )

Regarding for parking space when we have a function concern with many things such as capacity of our car park can parking 225 cars only and most of a guests did not want to park the other place and leave a car to Valet Driver . As you know with the traffic in our soi when we have a big function it’s from Silom Road or Surawong Road. We try the best to control a traffic in our soi but from the main road it’s very difficult to control there. However Please ensure that Security Team working hard with a traffic for a long term and we try the best for taking care guest for reputation of our hotel.
