บันทึกข้อตกลงนี้มีระยะเวลา 1 ปี โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2558 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2559 ทั้งนี้ “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” และ “ผู้รับจ้าง” อาจตกลงเป็นหนังสือเพื่อขยายระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงานภายใต้บันทึกข้อตกลงฉบับนี้ออกไปได้ตามความเหมาะสมโดยมีเหตุผลอันสมควร
