การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาผลการเรียนรู้คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้แผนจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มีชุดภาพการ์ตูนประกอบ และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 ของโรงเรียนเมืองนครพนม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครพนม ประชากรคือ นักเรียนจำนวน 17 คน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แผนจัดการเรียนรู้คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษที่มีชุดการ์ตูนประกอบ 2)สื่อการสอนชุดภาพการ์ตูน 3)แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ 4)แบบศึกษาความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่า t
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโดยใช้ชุดภาพการ์ตูนหลังเรียนมีคะแนนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
2. คะแนนเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้การเขียนคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ พบว่านักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.51)
