Responsibilities

Responsible for service delivery to meet business and company’s target and closely communicate with 3PL logistics functions
Manage and monitor performance of 3PL by controlling weekly and monthly KPI target achievement including results analysis
Monitor and improve Warehouse and Transportation Operation (Inventory Management, Inbound/ Outbound and VAS planning)
Manage returned products by verifying or inspecting products from all customers both modern trades and retail stores
Work closely with Marketing and Sales team for logistics operation preparation in order to maximize customer's satisfaction
Manage and analyze cause of damage to avoid the future case and minimize cost
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
Perform other duties as assigned by management/ direct supervisor
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse or Transport management
Experience in logistics or 3PL management will be advantage
Good knowledge of Warehouse operation and Transportation process both inbound and outbound
Good attitude, service-minded, and self-motivated
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of English
