การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการคือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ของพนักงาน บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เกี่ยวกับความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (CSR) (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (CSR) จำแนกตามสภาพส่วนบุคคลของพนักงาน บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) มีขนาดของตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาจำนวน 400 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควต้า (Quota Sampling) ใช้สถิติแบบพรรณนา (Descriptive statistic) โดยการวิเคราะห์แจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้การทดสอบค่าที (T-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนจำแนกทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) โดยการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LSD

This research has the objective 2: (1) to study the level of awareness of employees. Thailand airport company limited on corporate social responsibility (CSR) (2) to compare the level of awareness about corporate social responsibility (CSR) by State employees for personal Thailand Airport PLC. The size of the sample used in the study, the total number of 400 people, using the quota sampling (Quota Sampling) to use the statistical description (Descriptive statistic) by analyzing the frequency distribution per cent, average and standard deviation. Use the t-test (T-test) and resolved one way ANOVA (One-Way ANOVA) by comparing the average couple with LSD method list.

By analyzing the frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation.
